This section integrates the Terms and Conditions of Use of the site https://www.sexyshopxxx.com/it/ and regulates the shipping and return conditions of the products purchased on the Site. By placing an order, the User declares to have read and accepted these conditions in full.

1. Shipping

Shipping Area: We ship our products to Europe

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the products and the destination. The exact amount of shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the cart and during the checkout process before confirming the order. Free shipping options may be available upon reaching a certain spending threshold, as specified on the Site.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page and during the checkout process. These times are indicative and run from the date of shipment of the order. The Owner is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure, strikes, third-party logistical problems or other circumstances beyond its control.

Delivery Method: Shipments are made via selected couriers. Upon shipment, the User will receive an email with the information to track the shipment (if available). It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

Failure to Deliver: In the event of failure to deliver due to the recipient's absence, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a notice to arrange a new delivery or collection at a collection point. If the delivery is not successful even after the expected attempts, the order may be returned to the Owner with the consequent charge to the User for shipping and return costs.

2. Returns

Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer User has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without stating the reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Conditions for Returns: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration arteca01@gmail.com.

Return Costs: The shipping costs for returning the products are entirely borne by the User.

Conditions of Returned Products: The returned product must not have been opened, tampered with or used. It must be returned intact, in its original sealed packaging and complete with all accessories, labels and documentation provided at the time of delivery. Violation of the seal of the original packaging will result in the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.

Return Method: After having communicated the intention to withdraw, the User must ship the product, at his/her own expense and with a traceable shipping method, to the address that will be provided by the Owner. The User is responsible for the integrity of the product during the return shipment.

Refund: Once the returned product has been received and its integrity and the original packaging has been verified, the Owner will refund the amount paid for the product (excluding the original shipping costs) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the User receives damaged or non-compliant products, he/she is required to immediately notify the Owner within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic documentation of the damage or error. In this case, the Owner will, at his own expense, replace the product or refund the amount paid, after verification.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

It is specified that, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other things, for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. Given the nature of the products sold on the Site, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened by the User.
